We have created a team of licensed professionals, Rent Solutions, specialized in providing comprehensive state-of-the-art Rental and Property Management services. In addition to receiving a Referral Fee for sending us Property Owners and Renters, we ensure that these referrals become a pipeline of potential future business to you. Referral Commissions Paid

The following are Referral Fees paid to Realtors for successful Referrals:

Property Referral for Property Management: Up to $150 or 25% of our Tenant Placement Commission, whichever is greater
Property Referral for Tenant Placement Only: Up to $75 or 10% of our Tenant Placement Commission, whichever is greater
Renter Referral: $50
Referral Fees will mailed no later than 25 days after the beginning of the lease to the Broker.
